The Rasperini Reunion is a high-level, limited-capacity international event designed for a select audience of dental professionals.

In order to preserve the quality of the experience and ensure optimal organization, the following cancellation policy applies. At the same time, iPerio Education remains committed to supporting participants with flexibility and care whenever possible.

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing.

• Until May 15 (registration deadline):
  A 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted

• After May 15:
  Registration fees are non-refundable

Workshops represent a core educational component of the event, characterized by limited access, hands-on structure, and faculty dedication.

For this reason:

• Workshop registrations are final and non-refundable upon confirmation

To best accommodate unforeseen changes:

• Participant substitution is welcome and encouraged

• Name changes are permitted free of charge until June 16

• Requests must be communicated in writing

While refunds are necessarily limited, iPerio Education is pleased to offer an alternative solution:

• Fees may be converted into a credit for future iPerio Education programs

Conditions:

• Valid for 12 months

• Transferable upon request

• Non-refundable in cash

Each request will be handled with individual attention, reflecting our commitment to long-term professional relationships.

In case of non-attendance:

• Fees remain non-refundable

• Participants may still request credit conversion prior to the event start

Should the event be cancelled by iPerio Education:

• A full refund will be issued
  or

• A full credit will be offered, based on participant preference

The organizer cannot be held responsible for external costs such as travel, accommodation, or visa arrangements.

We understand that international travel and professional commitments may occasionally present unforeseen challenges.

While the above policy applies, iPerio Education will always consider reasonable requests with discretion and professionalism, and may offer alternative solutions where appropriate.

By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and accept this policy.
