Q: What does the registration fee include? The registration fee grants access to all scientific sessions (Lectures at Volumnia), entrance to the exhibition area, coffee breaks, and scheduled lunches. Note: Access to the Workshops and the iPerio Social Event may require separate registration or reservation. Please check your registration package details.

Q: Can I register on-site? We strongly recommend registering online in advance to secure your spot, as seating is limited. On-site registration will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Is there a refund policy for cancellations? Yes, cancellations are managed according to the terms and conditions outlined during the registration process. Please refer to the "Terms & Conditions" section on the registration page or contact our secretariat for specifics.

Q: What is the official language of the congress? The official language of the event is English. All lectures and workshops will be conducted in English.

Q: Will CME/ECM credits be provided? Yes. For Italian participants, the event is accredited for ECM credits. For international participants, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued after the event, which may be used for credit applications in your home country depending on local regulations.

Q: Do I need a Visa to enter Italy? Italy is part of the Schengen Area. Please check with your local Italian Consulate regarding visa requirements for your country.

Q: Can you provide an Invitation Letter for my Visa application? Yes. An official Letter of Invitation for visa purposes can be requested after you have completed your registration and payment. Please contact the secretariat with your details to request this.

Q: How do I move between the different venues? Good news: You don’t need a car or taxi! The three venues (Volumnia, Auditorium Sant’Ilario, and Ricci Oddi Gallery) are all located in the historic center of Piacenza and are within a comfortable walking distance of each other (approx. 5-10 minutes walk).

Q: Is there a dress code?

• Scientific Sessions: Business Casual.
• Social Event: Smart Casual / Cocktail attire is recommended.

Q: I have specific dietary requirements (allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free). What should I do? We strive to accommodate all our guests. Please indicate your dietary restrictions within the registration form or email us at least 15 days prior to the event so we can inform the catering service.
