Plan ahead - communicate better - work efficiently!

The way most dental practices organize and price periodontal treatment is still inadequate. Long-term success in periodontics depends not only on clinical skills but also on the extra-clinical management of the patient. In this half-day workshop, we will introduce an innovative organizational model that redefines how communication and pricing can be used as therapeutic tools.

The method positions patient communication as a strategic element of therapy and the fee structure as a powerful medium for clarity and trust. By shifting from a “fee-for-service” approach to a “fee-for-care” perspective, the model enhances patient engagement and adherence, reducing misunderstandings and strengthening the therapeutic alliance.

This session will present the core principles of the system, offering participants a new perspective on how organizational strategies can support periodontal care. It will provide the essential framework and inspiration for rethinking the way periodontal treatment is communicated, structured, and delivered.
