Needless to say, the both vertical and horizontal soft tissue level is the important factor to lead the aesthetic restoration successful. This is especially, for the soft tissue level at the interproximal space, it would create a great impact to the morphology of restoration and the soft tissue management at the area is the mandatory. However, the reconstruction of soft tissue at the lost interproximal space is very much technical sensitive from its anatomical morphology and especially for the surgical flap design need to be well considered.
During this lecture, the author wishes to consider his own clinical key points along with clinical cases for the soft tissue reconstruction at natural tooth to natural tooth, to pontic and to implant. Also between implant to implant, implant to pontic and pontic to pontic.
